I was adamant that i wanted to make this coconut oil apple crumble healthy as possible, because i planned to mix it with greek yogurt and have it as part of my breakfast for the week.

10 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), divided

6 large marshmallows (such as Jet-Puffed®)

Directions

Crumble 5 cookies into a microwave-safe bowl to make the base layer for the crumble. Place marshmallows in the crumble. Heat in the microwave until puffed up, about 30 seconds.

Crumble the remaining 5 cookies on top of the marshmallows.
